There is certainly no shortage of apps to help you read your blog feeds. Few, however, as quite as simple and straightforward as BlogFire. Requiring no sign-up or membership of any kind (linking to your Google Reader, for example, is not necessary). Simply run the app, choose to add the URL of any blog/site you choose that runs something you enjoy reading, then view the feeds or allow the app to send you Push Notifications each time your chosen feeds update.
RECOMMENDATION: Seriously simple to use if you're looking for a reader that will notify you of updates without any additional requirements or bells and whistles.
